Margaret’s Vision

In 2012, our founder, Margaret Wright had been flipping real estate and building her portfolio for a number of years successfully – and as people began to take notice, they’d ask her how she did it. After meeting these women for coffee a few times and even taking them through some of her properties to explain her process – she realized that to really make an impact, she needed to document her process and make it available to others in a different way. That’s when she created a workshop that she delivered in her basement with friends from around town and a handful of other industry experts to share their expertise. Not only was the training a success – it was the beginning of what has become the FlipChicks Sisterhood and now… FlipChicks Wealth Academy.

Next, she teamed up with her husband – a seasoned business scaling, marketing, sales and leadership expert to help bring FlipChicks Wealth Academy to the world.

Today, this dynamic duo have added to their horsepower by partnering with Steph Karstad, a former lead executive and driving force in the success of Menard’s home improvement – who has extensive knowledge in real estate, construction and business operations.

Together, they have made it their mission to bring the tools, the experience, the know-how and this incredibly supportive and empowering sisterhood of FlipChicks to the world!
