I just wanted to give a shoutout to Margaret and her program FlipChicks – I’ve been on this journey to replace my day-job and could easily do that now and I’m so grateful and excited! Here’s an update.

I’m not a risk taker, one thing led to another and we just closed on our first flip!

When we started FlipChicks we had a goal of investing in real estate and buying 8 doors so we could increase our monthly recurring income – without having to add more to our already hectic work schedules. We did exactly that and Nate and Margaret even helped us build a portfolio that has continued to increase in value and pay us every month, whilie we’re doing other things! We can’t even put into words how grateful we are for finding them.
